Please read the important candle care tips included in each listing! This allows you to burn your candles safely and get the best burn out of them! We also have some instructions for our candle refills and would encourage you to read this. 

Yes! All products are vegan and cruelty free, even down to the inks and adhesives on our labels and packaging! I am a passionate vegan myself so excluding animal products has and always will remain a priority. 

Yes! We add tracking numbers when orders are posted. For regular postage, this will show when an attempt is made to deliver your orders. Please get in touch to discuss other delivery options if you’d like more detailed tracking!

We are constantly scent testing and adding new scents so if you haven’t yet spotted something you like, watch this space or pop me a message for info!

We usually aim to post candles within 1-2 working days of an order being received! During busy times, this may be slightly longer and 3-5 working days.

Yes! Add any gift message you like at the checkout and we’ll hand write it on to a small white card and add it to your order.
