Candle Refill Starter Kit

The Kind Wax Company candles are all handmade and poured in small batches in Surrey, UK. 

**CANDLE REFILL STARTER KIT**

Our refills are made using Soy Wax which is completely vegan and burns beautifully. Our Soy is grown and produced in Sweden and does not contribute to deforestation. Our fragrance oils are also vegan, paraben free and never tested on animals. Each refill will provide around 45 hours burn time.

This listing is for a refill starter kit. Included is a beautiful cream ceramic jar, ready poured with a scent of your choice. Starter kits come in a reusable, biodegradable cotton bag for the perfect finishing touch!

Once your candle has run out, you can order your refills on our website too.

All materials are carefully selected to ensure we are not causing damage to our planet/animals, right down to the ink on our labels. All packaging is completely recyclable and we encourage you to do so!

IMPORTANT- CANDLE CARE & REFILL SAFETY- 

For the first burn, allow the candle to burn for 4 hours, or until the wax has melted all the way to the edge of the container. This will avoid the tunnelling effect.
Trim your wicks! Candle wicks should be trimmed to 1/4 inch (5mm) before lighting.
Never leave candles unattended or in the reach of children/pets.
Always keep candles on a heat proof surface, away from drafts, furniture and curtains.
For refills, we highly highly recommend these are only used in jars provided by us. They have been meticulously tested for heat safety and we cannot offer the same reassurance for jars provided by other retailers.

Once there is 1/2 inch wax remaining in your jar, place the jar in to some hot (not boiling) water until the remaining wax softens. You can then remove it and either dispose of it or use it in a wax burner to get the most out of the scented wax.

Wash your jar with warm, soapy water (avoid any abrasives or scrubbing too hard) and ensure the jar is completely clean and dry.

Remove all packaging and pull the tab from the sticky pad attached to the bottom of the refill to remove. Place the refill in to your jar and give a gentle push down to ensure it is secured to the bottom- then light and enjoy!
